Who wants to TANK UP?
These stainless steel tanks at our wine press house hold our fruit wines and mulled fruit wines as they wait to be bottled in the next step. The fermentation time, e.g. for elderberry wine, is about 3 to 4 weeks at temperatures of 18°C to 20° C. After that, we add spices and real ginger to the elderberry wine to create our very special elderberry-ginger mulled wine. It’s pure Hitzkopf magic!
